Hot Tub Repair/Reglazing
We will continue performing repairs to both hot tubs on the Cornell Rooftop. The repair schedule has been staggered to ensure the availability of at least one hot tub throughout the project.
AT&T Fiber Launch Party – Wednesday, September 12 (6pm-9pm)
AT&T Fiber is now available at Santee Village. To celebrate the occasion, AT&T will be having a launch party on Wednesday, September 12 from 6pm to 9pm in the Santee Village Management Office. We hope to see you there!
No Pets Allowed in the Rooftop Spa & Common Area
Management has received increased reports of pet waste being found in the rooftop spa & common area. Please remember no pets are allowed in the rooftop spa & common area.
Pool Repairs – September 10 to September 14
Starting Monday, September 10, Essex Management will be closing their pool in order to make necessary repairs. The pool will be unavailable during this time. The hot tub at the Cornell Building will be available.
