Hot Tub Repair/Re-glazing
We will continue performing repairs to both hot tubs on the Cornell Rooftop. The repair schedule has been staggered to ensure the availability of at least one hot tub throughout the project.
Filming Notice – Cornell 11th Floor – Monday, September 17
A commercial will be filming in a unit on Cornell’s 11th floor on Monday, September 17 between 7am -9pm. Filming will be localized to the 11th floor and should minimally impact the surrounding units. If you experience an issue, please report it immediately so it can be resolved. The association is being compensated for this shoot.
No Pets Allowed in the Rooftop Spa & Common Area
Management has received increased reports of pet waste being found in the rooftop spa & common area. Please remember no pets are allowed in the rooftop spa & common area.
