Jacuzzi Repair & Restoration

We are performing repair/restoration of the second Jacuzzi this week. The tub is empty while the glazing material is drying. Please do not enter this Jacuzzi. The area has been taped off to avoid accidental entry. Thank you for your cooperation.

 

Filming Notice – Cornell 9th Floor & Cornell Rooftop – Thursday, September 20

A commercial will be filming in a unit on the 9th floor and the Cornell Rooftop Lounge space on Thursday, September 20 between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The Cornell Rooftop Lounge space will be unavailable between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM due to filming. The association is being compensated for this shoot.

 

No Pets Allowed in the Rooftop Spa & Common Area

Management has received increased reports of pet waste being found in the rooftop spa & common area. Please remember no pets are allowed in the rooftop spa & common area.
