Office Location & Hours: The management office is located in the courtyard, behind the Eckardt & Cornell buildings.  It is commercial space #5, next to the art gallery. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.

Board of Director Meeting Notice – Thursday, October 4

The Santee Village Board of Directors will be meeting in the Santee Village Management Office at these times –

6:30 PM – Executive Session (by invitation only)

8:00 PM – General Session (all members welcome)

 

Neighbor Night – Wednesday, October 3 – 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

On Wednesday, October  starting at 6:30 PM in the Santee Village Management Office, There will be a meet and greet with Los Angeles City Councilmember Jose Huizar to discuss current issues within the DTLA community. Food & beverages will be provided. Please RSVP to joella.hopkins@lacity.org  if you would like to attend.

No Pets Allowed in the Rooftop Spa & Common Area

Management has received increased reports of pet waste being found in the rooftop spa & common area. Please remember no pets are allowed in the rooftop spa & common area.

 

Water Shut Off Notice – Wednesday, October 3 (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

LADWP will be replacing a water meter between 10 AM and 12 PM. During a portion of this time, water may not be available.
