Office Location & Hours: The management office is located in the courtyard, behind the Eckardt & Cornell buildings.  It is commercial space #5, next to the art gallery. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.

Board of Director Meeting Notice – Wednesday, November 14

The Santee Village Board of Directors will be meeting in the Santee Village Management Office at these times –

6:30 PM – Executive Session (by invitation only)

8:00 PM – General Session (all members welcome)

 

No Pets Allowed in the Rooftop Spa & Common Area

Management has received increased reports of pet waste being found in the rooftop spa & common area. Please remember no pets are allowed in the rooftop spa & common area.

 

Floor Cleaning & Polishing – Starting Monday, November 12

Starting Monday, November 12, we will be cleaning and polishing the residential hallway floors between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please use care when entering and exiting your unit on the day your floor is scheduled.

 

Annual Meeting of the Membership – Monday. January 14 2019

Santee Village’s Annual Meeting of the Membership will be held Monday, January 14 2019 in the Santee Village Management Office. All Members are encouraged to attend.

 

Motorcycle & Scooter Registration

Residents that utilize the common area motorcycle/scooter parking spaces in subterranean garage must register their vehicle with Management. If you need to register your motorcycle/scooter, please contract Management and the registration form will be sent to you.
