Office Location & Hours: The management office is located in the courtyard, behind the Eckardt & Cornell buildings.  It is commercial space #5, next to the art gallery. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.

Proposed Rule Change

Recently, a proposed rule change was sent to all Santee Village Members. Prior to considering any rule change, the proposed rule must be presented to membership for a 30-day comment period. The Board will discuss and determine possible implementation on Monday, January 14 2019 at the General Session Meeting prior to the Annual Meeting. Please submit all comments to Management prior to the meeting so they can be presented to the Board for review.

 

Motorcycle & Scooter Registration

Residents that utilize the common area motorcycle/scooter parking spaces in subterranean garage must register their vehicle with Management. If you need to register your motorcycle/scooter, please contract Management and the registration form will be sent to you.

In observance of the upcoming holidays, the Management Office will be closed on these days:

Tuesday, January 1

 

Santee Village Annual Meeting – VOTE TODAY!

According to Santee Village’s Bylaws, a quorum of 51% (76 members) must be represented at this meeting. Santee Village needs at least 76 members to submit their ballots.

Ballots can be submitted three ways:

Mail your ballot. (MUST BE RECEIVED BY JANUARY 11)

Bring your ballot to the Annual Meeting on January 14, 2019

Deliver your signed & sealed ballot to the Management Office and deposit it in the locked ballot box.
