Building Painting Project – APPROVED

The Board of Directors approved the painting project contract at the last meeting. Management anticipates the project will start in approximately June and last several months. The windows will also be washed at this time.

Please Clean Up After Pet

If your pet has an accident when traveling through the common area, please be to clean up after your pet. Management has received several complaints of dog waste being left in the elevator. Thank you for helping to keep your community clean and orderly.  

Board of Director Meeting Notice – Monday, April 25, 2022

The Santee Village Board of Directors will be meeting via Zoom and the Santee Village Management Office at these times:

6:30 PM – Executive Session (by invitation only)

8:30 PM – General Session (all members welcome)

Basement Security Camera Installation – APPROVED

Installation is scheduled for Monday, April 4 starting at 7 am. For the safety of the crew, please exercise caution when entering and exiting the garage.

Package Delivery

Please collect your packages timely when they are left in the lobby/residential hallway. If you plan to be out of time, please make alternate arrangements for your package. If there is an extenuating circumstance and your need your package stored in the Management Office, please contact Management so arrangements can be made.
