Building Painting Project – APPROVED
The Board of Directors approved the painting project contract at the last meeting. Management anticipates the project will start in approximately June and last several months. The windows will also be washed at this time.
Please Clean Up After Pet
If your pet has an accident when traveling through the common area, please be to clean up after your pet. Management has received several complaints of dog waste being left in the elevator. Thank you for helping to keep your community clean and orderly.
Board of Director Meeting Notice – Monday, April 25, 2022
The Santee Village Board of Directors will be meeting via Zoom and the Santee Village Management Office at these times:
6:30 PM – Executive Session (by invitation only)
8:30 PM – General Session (all members welcome)
Basement Security Camera Installation – APPROVED
Installation is scheduled for Monday, April 4 starting at 7 am. For the safety of the crew, please exercise caution when entering and exiting the garage.
Bike Cage Update
To update our records, a bike audit will be conducted starting Tuesday, April 26th. Please be sure to email Santee Village confirming bike cage occupancy. Due to recent thefts in the area, we have replaced the lock to the bike cage. Should you need access, please contact Santee Village.
