Building Painting Project
Cornell Building: 04/01 stack – Monday, September 10 – Wednesday, September 19**
Eckardt Building: Painting has been completed!
**Times/Dates are approximate. Please report any window washing deficiencies when observed to Management.
Cornell Elevator #1
A component in the Eckardt elevator was damaged during a power surge a few weeks ago. To maintain service in the Eckardt building, a part was used from Cornell elevator #1The Eckardt elevator parts have arrived and have been installed. The elevator technician will be out on Monday to try to bring the Cornell Elevator back online. Thank you for your patience.
Annual Election 11/14
Santee Village’s Annual election is November 14th. Ballots have gone out and to meet quorum, we must receive 75 ballots. Please make sure to mail back your ballots as soon as you receive them.
