Office Location & Hours: The management office is located in the courtyard, behind the Eckardt & Cornell buildings.  It is commercial space #5, next to the art gallery. Office hours are Monday – Friday between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Maple Garage Shuttle Van Information

Hours – Monday-Thursday (6 pm – 11 pm) Friday-Sunday (6 pm – 1:30 am)

Building Painting Project

The paint project is coming to an end. Please report any window washing deficiencies when observed to Management. 

Cornell Building: 03/02 stack – Monday, 10/24 – Wednesday, 11/2**

Eckardt Building: The painting has been completed!

Annual Election 11/14

Santee Village’s Annual election is November 14th. Ballots have gone out and to meet quorum, we must receive 75 ballots. Please make sure to mail back your ballots as soon as you receive them.

Spa Closure

The Spa’s scheduled to remain closed for maintenance through Monday October 31st in the evening. Management will send an update once they are re-open.

Quite Hours

REMINDER: Be a good neighbor and respect the quiet hours. Quite hours are Monday – Thursday 10 PM to 8 AM and Friday – Sunday 12 AM to 8 AM.
