Community Safety

REMINDER: It is EVERYONE’s responsibility to keep the community safe! If you notice any suspicious individuals in the building or parking garage, contact (call or text) Security IMMEDIATELY at 323-501-1119.

Gym Closure

The repairs and remediation of the gym are still ongoing. The gym will remain closed until further notice. Management will update you when the gym reopens.

Generator Repairs

Building Maintenance will be performing repairs on the building’s generators. The work is scheduled DECEMBER 16TH between 8 AM and 1 PM. You may experience noise nuisance while the generator is running and a power surge when the building initially transfers to generator power. Please take the necessary precautions to avoid damage to your electrical devices.

Quite Hours

REMINDER: Be a good neighbor and respect the quiet hours. Quite hours are Monday – Thursday 10 PM to 8 AM and Friday – Sunday 12 AM to 8 AM.
