636 Maple Garage: Street repairs on 7th and Maple Street requires that you access the Maple Garage through 6th Street.
REMINDER: Take a few seconds to ensure that doors are completely closing when entering and exiting the building AND do not provide access to people you do not know. If you notice any suspicious individuals in the building or parking garage, contact (call or text) Security IMMEDIATELY at 323-501-1119.
The Santee Court gym repairs are still ongoing. Management has reached out to Essex Management for an update and there is no set date on when it will be reopened.
It is the pet owners’ responsibility to pick up after their pets. Please do not leave pet waste in the lobby or elevator trash cans.
In condos and high-rise buildings, units share plumbing and HVAC lines. It is required that all residents notify Management when an outside plumber is in the building to perform any work. Our building is unique, and we must coordinate all work that is performed, as it may affect your neighborhoods.

- Wednesday – Thursday, February 8-9th between 7 AM – 3 PM – 746 Lobby Painting
- Tuesday, February 14 between 6 AM and 4 PM – Building Wide Water Shut-Off
