Community Update March 17th

Board Meeting Monday March 27th at 7:30 PM

The Board meets on the Fourth Monday of every month. The next Board meeting will be held on Monday, March 27th in the Management Office and via Zoom. All homeowners are welcome. Zoom information will go out next week.


All packages must be delivered to residential doors. Please make sure to include this in the delivery instructions. Delivery Services should use the callbox to contact residents regarding access into the building. UPS, FedEx, Amazon and USPS all have access to the building already.


All moves require a moving coordinator to ensuring a smooth, safe, and successful move. Please contact Management to schedule your move. A 5-day notice is required.

Quiet Hours:  

Quiet Hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The volume of radio, stereo sets, television, and musical instruments shall be always held at a reasonable level so other residents are not disturbed. After 10 PM the volume must be significantly reduced so as not to disturb other residents. If you are experiencing a noise nuisance during quiet hours feel free to call security and they will address the resident. In case this does not work, residents are welcome to call LAPD.
