Community Update April 7th

All packages must be delivered to residential doors. Please make sure to include this in the delivery instructions. Delivery Services should use the callbox to contact residents regarding access to the building. UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and USPS all have access to the building already.

Locked out?

Locked out? Management can store an extra key for residents’ units for emergency purposes. This is optional. Residents can call Security for access inside the building. Security does not have access to residential units unless a key is left on file in the office.


All moves require a moving coordinator to ensure a smooth, safe, and successful move. Please contact Management to schedule your move. A 5-day notice is required.

Quiet Hours:

Quiet Hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. After 10 PM the volume must be significantly reduced so as not to disturb other residents. If you are experiencing a noise nuisance during quiet hours feel free to call security and they will address the resident. In case this does not work, residents are welcome to call LAPD’s non-emergency number 213-996-1250.

Next Board Meeting – Monday, April 24th

The Board meets monthly to review and discuss association matters. The Board has selected to meet on the 4th Monday of the month. The next Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 24th in the Management Office at and via Zoom. All owners are welcome to attend.
