Building Painting Project – Commencing June 6th

The Board of Directors approved the painting project which will commence on June 6th. In preparation for the project, the scaffolding has been staged facing Los Angeles Street for phase one of the project which is a full building and window wash.  Please anticipate nominal water intrusion during the window washing and move furniture accordingly.

Please Clean Up After Pet

If your pet has an accident when traveling through the common area, please be sure to clean up after your pet. Management has received several complaints of dog waste being left in the elevator. Thank you for helping to keep your community clean and orderly.

The Maple Street Parking Garage will not be accessible without a key card due to Memorial Day on Monday, May 31st. Shuttle van services will be unavailable, also.

Basement Security Camera Installation – APPROVED

Installation is scheduled for Monday, April 4 starting at 7 am. For the safety of the crew, please exercise caution when entering and exiting the garage.
