Insurance Renewal

Santee Village recently renewed its insurance policies. If you need a copy of the insurance certificate, please contact Management. If your lender requires an endorsed insurance certificate, one can be provided to you for an additional cost. You can email your requests to sfcerts@hubinternational.com.

Kitchen Drain Reminder

This is a friendly reminder for all residents to please place solid food waste (including used cooking oil) in your kitchen trashcan and not your garbage disposal. Over time, these items build up in the drain and cause clogs. Thank you.

Hot Tub Closure – 3/19 – 3/26

The hot tub area will be closed starting Tuesday, March 19. The closure is required so necessary restoration and repairs can be made. Residents can use the pool/hot tub located on top of the 716 building. Pool/hot tub hours are 9 AM – 10 PM daily. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Community Meeting – Wednesday, March 20

The Board of Directors will be meeting in the Santee Village Management Office at these times-

6:30 PM – Executive Session (by invitation only)

8:00 PM – General Session – (all members are encouraged to attend)

Elevator Access Control Upgrades

Residents are now able to provide elevator access in addition to lobby door access to their guests. When you receive a call from the lobby call box, press ‘9’ on your telephone’s keypad. This will open the lobby door and provide a 2 minute window for your guest to enter the elevator. From there they will be able to select your floor.
