There has been an increase of dog feces in the elevator and the subterranean parking garage. We understand that accidents happen. However, if your animal has an accident in any common area, please make sure you clean up the mess. Repeated infractions will be subject to disciplinary action. Be kind; do not leave a mess behind. In addition, no pets are permitted on the rooftop.

Designer Denim Sample Sale;

A sample sale will be held in the courtyard from 10am to 4pm on these dates:

Friday, January 26 through Sunday, January 28

Trash Room Cleanliness

Maintenance is reporting an increase of trash being improperly disposed of in both trash rooms. The trash rooms are vital to the cleanliness of the community. Please make sure to place only recyclables in the recycle bin and break down/flatten boxes. This will ensure there is ample dumpster space for all residents.

REN Gallery – Courtyard Event

REN Gallery will be hosting the VIP event for the LA Art Show this Saturday, January 13 from

7 PM to 10 PM. The event will be held in the courtyard and all Santee Residents are invited.

Los Angeles Street. Streetscape Project Work

The Bureau of Street Services resurfacing crew has scheduled overnight work on Los Angeles St. between 7^th & 8^th, on FRIDAY, JANUARY 12 beginning at 10 PM and lasting until early Saturday morning. Street parking on this section of Los Angeles Street will not permitted during this time.
