Bulk Item Disposal
When disposing of bulky items, please take them to the trash room located in the subterranean garage. Do not leave the items in the stairwell or the hallway. This not only creates a safety hazard but also is an eyesore to other residents. Please contact the management office once the items have been deposited in the trash room so arrangements can be made for proper disposal.
Please, Be Kind to Your Neighbor & Pick Up After Your Animal
There has been an increase of dog feces in the elevator and the subterranean parking garage. We understand that accidents happen. However, if your animal has an accident in any common area, please make sure you clean up the mess. Repeated infractions will be subject to disciplinary action. Be kind to your neighbors.
