HVAC Service

Management has received ample interest for the HVAC service. Those that have signed up, will receive further instructions including service date and time. If you decided to wait, next service will be scheduled in the spring. Thank you.

Holiday Party – Save the Date!

The Santee Village Annual Holiday Party will be held Monday, December 18 from 7pm to 9pm in the Management office. We hope to see you there!

Please, Be Kind to Your Neighbor & Pick Up After Your Animal

There has been an increase of dog feces in the elevator and the subterranean parking garage. Please make sure you clean up the mess. Not only is animal waste unpleasant, it can transmit diseases to other animals. Repeated infractions will be subject to disciplinary action. Be kind; do not leave a mess behind.
