Yesterday evening Santee Village held its obligatory Annual Meeting of the Membership. Unfortunately, the Association did not make quorum and the meeting was promptly adjourned. The Association is required to reschedule this meeting which will incur additional costs. The new meeting date will be MONDAY, DECEMBER 18 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM. The Annual Holiday Party will follow immediately after.
The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to allow the Membership the opportunity to elect a new Board of Directors. This meeting is legally required by California State Law and Santee Village’s Governing Documents. Therefore, Member participation is paramount to the Association being able to fulfil its required obligations. Without Member participation, the Association cannot function. We will make quorum for December 18. If you still have a ballot, you should submit it.

Executive Session – 6:30pm (by invitation only).
General Session – 7:00 pm (all homeowners welcome to attend).
The meeting will be held virtually and in person in the Management Office.
We invite all homeowners to attend the monthly HOA meetings. At these meetings, you can find out exactly what the Board is discussing, voting on, and proposing. We have an open forum to discuss any issues or bring your suggestions to the table. We hope to see more homeowners keeping themselves informed and being an integral part of this community.
