Please, Be Kind to Your Neighbor & Pick Up After Your Animal

There has been an increase of dog feces in the elevator and the subterranean parking garage. We understand that accidents happen. However, if your animal has an accident in any common area, please make sure you clean up the mess. Repeated infractions will be subject to disciplinary action. Be kind; do not leave a mess behind. In addition, no pets are permitted on the rooftop.

 

Trash Room Cleanliness

Maintenance is reporting an increase of trash being improperly disposed of in both trash rooms. The trash rooms are vital to the cleanliness of the community. Please make sure to place only recyclables in the recycle bin and break down/flatten boxes. This will ensure there is ample dumpster space for all residents.
