HVAC Maintenance
Premier Air is offering a discounted price for HVAC preventative maintenance. An email was recently sent to the community. If you’re interested, please respond to the email accordingly.
AT&T Fiber Optic Upgrade
AT&T has completed phase one of the fiber upgrade. Phase two will be starting Monday, May 21 at 9:00 AM. This phase will bring fiber to each residential unit. This phase will require unit access. Management will contact residents regarding scheduling on Monday, May 7.
Annual Fire Drill and Safety Seminar – Thursday, June 21
On Thursday, June 21 from 1:00PM until 2:00PM, all residents on property are strongly encouraged to participate in a required LAFD fire drill. This will be a simulated fire drill with alarms, sirens, and a practice building evacuation. If you or your animal are sensitive to noise and lights, please plan accordingly. Santee Village’s annual fire safety seminar will also be held on Thursday, June 21 from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the management office. All residents are encouraged to attend.
Hot Water Shut Off Notice
The hot water storage tank requires relining. The hot water will be turned off starting Tuesday, June 5 at 8:00 AM and will be restored Wednesday, June 6 at 8:00 AM. Cold water will be available during the repairs.
