Office Location & Hours: The management office is located in the courtyard, behind the Eckardt & Cornell buildings.  It is commercial space #5, next to the art gallery. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm.

Hot Tub Repair/Reglazing – August 28-31

Starting August 28 through August 31, we will be performing repairs to both hot tubs on the Cornell Rooftop.  The repair schedule has been staggered to ensure the availability of one hot tub throughout the project.

Hot tub #2 will be closed on Aug. 28 & 29.

Hot tub #1 will be closed on Aug. 30 & 31

 

Hot Water Shut Off Notice – Wednesday, September 5

We attempted to reline the tank previously and discovered a broken shut off valve. The valve has been repaired and the hot water will be shut off Wednesday, September 5 at 9am. Hot water service will resume Thursday, September 6 at 9:30am. Cold water will be available the entire time.

 

No Pets Allowed in the Rooftop Spa & Common Area

Management has received increased reports of pet waste being found in the rooftop spa & common area. Please remember no pets are allowed in the rooftop spa & common area.
