Santee Village Annual Party – Thursday, December 6
Santee Village’s Annual Holiday Party will be on Thursday, December 6 from 7 PM until 10 PM. Please RSVP by November 29. You can email sthompson@actionlife.com or respond to the email invite from paperless post. We hope to see you at the party!
Santee Village Employee Holiday Fund
Management is now accepting donations for the employee holiday fund. If you would like to participate, you can give your donation to Management. Cash or check is accepted. If you decide to write a check, please make it payable to ‘Santee Village.’ We appreciate any and all contributions. Thank you.
Floor Cleaning & Polishing – Starting Monday, November 12
Starting Monday, November 12, we will be cleaning and polishing the residential hallway floors between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please use care when entering and exiting your unit on the day your floor is scheduled.
Management Office Closure – November 22 & 23 (Thanksgiving)
The Management Office will be closed starting Thursday, November 22 through Friday, November 23 in observance of Thanksgiving. The office will reopen on Monday, November 26. We wish you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving!
Motorcycle & Scooter Registration
Residents that utilize the common area motorcycle/scooter parking spaces in subterranean garage must register their vehicle with Management. If you need to register your motorcycle/scooter, please contract Management and the registration form will be sent to you.
