Office Location & Hours: The management office is located in the courtyard, behind the Eckardt & Cornell buildings. It is commercial space #5, next to the art gallery. Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – 10 am to 6 pm (Temporary)

New Interim General Manager
Charity’s last day at Santee Village with be January 3, 2022. We wish her the very best in her future endeavors. While a new candidate is being sourced, Sheridan Thompson, Regional Manager – Urban will be overseeing Santee Village’s day-to-day operations. Christmas Tree Disposal
Please dispose of your Christmas trees in the BLACK trash bin located near the 10-minute loading space in the garage. This bin is for TREES ONLY. Other trash must be taken to the trash room.
Face Masks In Common Areas
COVID-19 Cases continue to rise in LA County. All residents and their guests should continue to wear face coverings when traveling in the hallway, lobby, and elevators. Thank you for helping to keep the community safe.
Board of Director Meeting Notice – Monday, January 24, 2022
The Santee Village Board of Directors will be meeting via Zoom and the Santee Village Management Office at these times:
6:30 PM – Executive Session (by invitation only)
8:00 PM – General Session (all members welcome)
Package Thefts
Management is receiving complaints of packages being stolen in the residential hallways. In an effort to resolve this issue, delivery vendors have been instructed to deliver packages to the Management Office.
You can contact security to arrange pick up of you package. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.
