Charity’s last day at Santee Village with be January 3, 2022. We wish her the very best in her future endeavors. Christmas Tree Disposal

Please dispose of your Christmas trees in the BLACK trash bin located near the 10-minute loading space in the garage. This bin is for TREES ONLY. Other trash must be taken to the trash room.

Package Thefts

Management is receiving complaints of packages being stolen in the residential hallways. In an effort to resolve this issue, delivery vendors have been instructed to deliver packages to the Management Office.

You can contact security to arrange pick up of you package. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.
