Building Painting Project – APPROVED
The Board of Directors approved the painting project contract at the last meeting. Management anticipates the project will start in approximately June and last several months. The windows will also be washed at this time.
Face Masks In Common Areas
COVID-19 Cases continue to rise in LA County. All residents and their guests should continue to wear face coverings when traveling in the hallway, lobby, and elevators. Thank you for helping to keep the community safe.
Board of Director Meeting Notice – Monday, March 28, 2022
The Santee Village Board of Directors will be meeting via Zoom and the Santee Village Management Office at these times:
6:30 PM – Executive Session (by invitation only)
8:30 PM – General Session (all members welcome)
Basement Security Camera Installation – APPROVED
The Board recently approved the installation of several cameras in the basement garage. Management is scheduling installation within the next couple of weeks.

Management requests that all residents remain vigilant when entering and exiting the building. All residents have access devices and should be able to enter the building. Please do not provide access to someone you do not know. If you see something/someone out of the ordinary, please report it to building security.
