Office Location & Hours: The management office is located in the courtyard, behind the Eckardt & Cornell buildings.  It is commercial space #5, next to the art gallery. Office hours are Monday – Friday between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Annual Election

Santee Village’s Annual election was adjourned to November 21^st at 6:30 PM via Zoom because the quorum was not met. Please reach out to Management to obtain the meeting login.

Gym Closure

The repairs and remediation of the gym are still ongoing. The gym will remain closed until further notice. Management will update you when the gym reopens.

Maple Garage Parking Application

Maple Garage Management is working on ways to better improve the parking structure. Residents who are parking in the Maple Garage must fill out a parking application to ensure all records are up to date by NOVEMBER 23^rd.

REMINDER: Be a good neighbor and respect the quiet hours. Quite hours are Monday – Thursday 10 PM to 8 AM and Friday – Sunday 12 AM to 8 AM.
