Board of Director Meeting Notice – Monday, January 23, 2022

The Santee Village Board of Directors will be meeting via Zoom and the Santee Village Management Office at these times:

6:00 PM – Executive Session (by invitation only)

7:30 PM – General Session (all members welcome)

Community Safety

REMINDER: It is EVERYONE’s responsibility to keep the community safe!

If you notice any suspicious individuals in the building or parking garage, contact (call or text) Security IMMEDIATELY at 323-501-1119.

Gym Closure

The repairs and remediation of the gym are still ongoing. The gym will remain closed until further notice. Management will update you when the gym reopens.

Quite Hours

REMINDER: Be a good neighbor and respect the quiet hours. Quite hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Water Intrusion

The recent paint job addressed many of the water intrusion problems.  During this rainy season, if you notice any water leaks, please report any water intrusion to management ASAP. If you notice a water leak during closed office hours, please email management and contact security for water pads. Building Engineer will go inspect the source of the leak at his earliest convenience.
