New General Manager – Pam Pham-Le
The Board and Management is pleased to announce the arrival of Santee Village’s new GM, Pam Pham-Le! Pam is a DTLA local and has lived in the area for several years. She is well-versed in the community and is well-qualified for the GM position. We are overjoyed that she will be joining the community. Her estimated start date will be August 14.
Fun fact: Pam has her own line of boutique jams/jellies.
Candidate Registration Form – Santee Village Members Only
Are you interested in volunteering time to serve on the Board? Want to have a say in what goes on in your community? Can you commit to attending meetings regularly? Can you make reasonable decisions for the betterment of the Association? If yes, you may complete the registration form in your email inbox and return it. Board of Directors Meeting – Monday, August 28 (7:30 PM)
The next meeting of the Santee Village Board of Directors will be held on Monday, August 28 at 7:30 PM. The meeting will be held virtually and in person in the Management Office. Members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Hurricane Hilary Preparations:
LA may be experiencing rain in the upcoming days due to Hurricane Hilary. This storm is expected to possibly generate heavy rainfall and wind gusts up to 40 mph. Residents should exercise caution when entering and exiting the building. Also, residents should take any necessary precautions to prevent damage to their property. Security can provide water absorbent pads if needed. If you have a balcony, please secure any loose items.
