Parking:
- For the purpose of loading and unloading only, owners and residents may use the designated ten (10) minute parking spaces when they are available, but only for a maximum time of THIRTY (30) MINUTES. To take advantage of the 30 minute window, the vehicle parked in the space must have the emergency flashers on for the duration of the parking period. Should a vehicle be observed as parked without the emergency flashers on for more than a ten minute time period, the vehicle may be towed without warning. Any attempt to utilize this space as a long-term parking solution is a violation of the Association’s Rules and Regulations and may result in fining and/or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
- Reduce the risk of theft or other incidents, especially with the upcoming holiday season, by
- Lock Your Vehicle: Always lock your vehicle doors, and make sure all windows are fully closed.
- Avoid Hiding Spare Keys: Don’t leave spare keys inside your vehicle, as thieves know where to look.
- Keep Valuables Hidden: Keep valuable items and shopping bags out of sight or, ideally, take them with you. Items left in plain view can attract burglars.
- Use Anti-Theft Devices: Consider using steering wheel locks, car alarms, or GPS tracking devices to deter thieves.
