Packages and Deliveries

With the rise of package deliveries during this holiday season, there will likely be increased attempts at package theft. While Management and Security are taking the necessary precautions to prevent these crimes, it will take everyone’s help to help prevent theft. Please make sure to

• Track deliveries online and promptly retrieve your package once delivered.
• Include in the delivery instructions to deliver the package to your door and make sure someone is home to receive it. Packages should not be delivered and left in the lobby.
• Stop auto-deliveries if you are not going to be home.
• Consider switching delivery location to work where it can be received by someone and not left at your door.
• High-value items should be retrieved at the carrier’s physical location or some alternative address.

Holiday Fund

If you would like to contribute to this year’s Holiday Fund, please write a check payable to “Santee Village” and note “Holiday Fund” in the memo line.  If you would like to give something to a staff member, please feel free to drop off an envelope, marked with the employee’s name, to the Management Office for distribution to that individual.  If no one is in the Management Office when you want to leave your gift, please contact Security at 323-501-1119 to have them place your envelope (or another gift item) in the Management Office. Contributions will be accepted until December 13th, which is only a few days away! We appreciate any contributions and thank you for allowing us to serve you this year.

Parking Garage Speed

Please do not speed in the garage. Speeds shouldn’t reach more than 5 mph in the structure.  Please keep our community safe by observing the speed limit, and be cautious and courteous to others.
