- Place baskets/strainers in sink drains to catch food scraps and other solids and empty them into the trash can for disposal.

Do NOT flush non-disposable and disposable wipes (even ones that are “flushable” or “biodegradable”), cotton swabs, dental floss, wrappers, feminine hygiene products, diapers, paper towels/tissues, cigarette butts, medications, along with other heavy products. Smoking:
- Smoking-related issues can have a significant impact on the well-being and enjoyment of others within the community.
- Please refrain from smoking near doors, windows, or any other areas where smoke may easily enter shared spaces.
- To ensure smoke is not emanating outside of your unit, we recommend that you install weather stripping around the door(s), use air purifiers, or any other appropriate measures within your unit.
Your understanding and compliance with these rules and regulations contribute to fostering a harmonious living space for everyone, and are greatly appreciated.
