ROOFTOP/SPA REMINDERS:
We’ve observed that empty glass bottles, used cups and napkins, and various other trash items were left behind in our rooftop spa area this past weekend. This is in violation of the Association’s Rules and Regulations, inconsiderate to other residents, and will attract pests to our buildings.
We would like to remind everyone of the following,
- Only building residents and their guests are allowed on the roof deck. Guests must be accompanied by a building resident at all times.
- No pets of any kind are allowed on the roof deck.
- Nothing is to be thrown or dropped from the roof. This includes cigarettes, matches, water, trash, and other miscellaneous items.
- Please be considerate of your fellow residents and clean up after yourself and your guests when using the roof deck. You are responsible for cleaning the roof deck immediately after your guests have left. Please dispose of all trash in the appropriate receptacle or in your unit. For example, if a glass container should break, please clean it up immediately.
- Each resident is responsible for placing his/her (and guests’) litter and debris in the trash receptacles prior to leaving the rooftop common and spa areas.
