SPA ETIQUETTE REMINDERS:
There has been a noticeable increase in the number of empty beer cans, empty soda bottles, cigarette butts, socks, and other litter left in the spa area. This disregard for cleanliness is both inconsiderate and a direct violation of our Rules and Regulations. Kindly remember that:
- Nothing is to be thrown or dropped from the roof. This includes cigarettes, matches, water, trash, and other miscellaneous items.
- Please be considerate of your fellow residents and immediately clean up after yourself and your guests when using the roof deck. Please dispose of all trash in the appropriate receptacle or in your unit.
- For safety reasons, no glass or sharp objects are allowed in the spa. If glass or sharp objects are brought to the pool area and cause an accident, the responsible owner will be liable for the cost of any resulting damage or injury. Only plastic or suitable non-breakable containers are allowed near the spa area.
- Intoxicated persons are prohibited from using or being near the spa.
- Guests must be accompanied by HOA member at all times.
- No pets of any kind are allowed on the roof deck.
