June Board Of Directors Meeting:
The Board of Directors will be meeting Monday, June 24, 2024, at these times:
- Executive Session – 6:30 pm (by invitation only).
- General Session – 7:30 pm (all homeowners welcome to attend).
The meeting will be held virtually and in person in the Management Office.
Visitors and Guests:
This is a reminder that residents are required to accompany their visitors and guests outside of their units at all times. Visitors and guests are not permitted to wander the premises unescorted.
Top 10 Home Electrical Safety Tips:
- Use a qualified, licensed electrician for repair work.
- Inspect regularly, repair loose outlets, and replace cracked, worn electrical cords promptly.
- Watch for hot or discolored switch plates, flickering lights, or buzzing sounds.
- Unplug electrics if you smell something burning.
- Use extension cords temporarily, not as permanent wiring.
- Keep cords out of walkways and high-traffic areas.
- If children are present, install tamper-resistant outlets to protect against shock.
- Keep water and other liquids at least 5 feet away from electrical equipment and sources of electricity.
- Install Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters (GFCIs) which help prevent electrical incidents like electrical shock, ground faults, fires, overheating, and the destruction of wire insulation.
- Use bulbs with the correct wattage for lighting fixtures.
