Community Safety:
- Take a few seconds to ensure that doors are completely closed when entering and exiting the building AND do not provide access to people you do not know.
- Do not leave any common area doors propped open. This includes doors to the stairways and the underground garage. We do not want unwelcome guests to have easy access to our building.
- If you received a call from the callbox, please confirm you know the person who is calling. Do not buzz strangers into the building.
- If you notice any suspicious individuals in the building or parking garage, contact — call or text Security IMMEDIATELY at 323-501-1119.
Owner’s and Renter’s Insurance:
There have been a few recent water leak damage events throughout the buildings. A leaking sink, broken water valve, or malfunctioning washer hose can cause quite a bit of damage in a very short period. As a result, it would be prudent to have insurance to financially protect owners and renters if their or their contractors’ actions cause damage to their own unit or other units and/or other residents’ personal properties.
