The Board of Directors will be meeting Monday, July 22, 2024, at these times:
- Executive Session – 6:00 pm (by invitation only).
- General Session – 7:30 pm (all homeowners welcome to attend).
The meeting will be held virtually and in person in the Management Office.
We invite all homeowners to attend the monthly HOA meetings. It’s easy to do now that you can participate virtually with Zoom. At these meetings, you can find out exactly what the Board is discussing, voting on, and proposing. We have an open forum to discuss any issues or bring your suggestions to the table. We hope to see more homeowners keeping themselves informed and being an integral part of this community.
Party and Music Noise
It’s that time of year – evening get-togethers, parties, and generally enjoying our beautiful summer. As you celebrate, please be mindful of how noise from your unit may affect your neighbors. Sound really travels—perhaps more than you realize. Please keep the noise to a reasonable level. Thank you for your cooperation in adhering to our “quiet time” guidelines in the evenings.

Pest Control Reminder:
Pests in condo associations can cause health problems, damage property, and make living in a property uncomfortable. Pests can spread from unit to unit and into common areas, and some can cause or spread diseases like rabies, asthma, and allergies, You can help keep our community pest-free by making sure
- You don’t leave food/leftovers around the spas, patios, or other common areas.
- All trash is properly disposed of in trash chutes or bins.
- If you spill liquids or food, please clean it up so the little critters have nothing to feed on.
- There is no stagnant water in your plant’s saucers or containers so insects don’t reproduce there.
