Water Conservation: With water rates increasing, we kindly ask all residents to be mindful of their water usage. Simple actions such as turning off the tap while brushing your teeth or soaping up in the shower, fixing leaks promptly, and using water-efficient fixtures can make a significant difference. By conserving water, you not only help manage rising costs but also contribute to a more sustainable environment for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation in this important matter.
Condo Living Reminders:
Pet etiquette: Please remember to —- Keep your pets on a leash at all times when outdoors. This helps protect the health and safety of the public, and your pet. Your dogs should be close enough to your side that you can pull them back from an aggressive situation or a happy bird. —– Clean up after your pets and dispose of the waste in a trash can. However, for hygienic and sanitary reasons, do not use the lobby’s trash receptacle for pet waste. If you are seen on camera not cleaning up after your pet, further action may be taken. As a responsible pet owner, please make sure to leash, curb, and dispose of your pet’s waste properly.
Mosquitoes: Mosquitoes only need a little bit of stagnant water that has been sitting for more than 4 days to lay hundreds of eggs. Even a disposable cup with leftover water in it, a saucer under a potted plant, or a dirty bird bath filled with stagnant water can harbor hundreds of mosquito eggs. To prevent a mosquito breeding ground, please eliminate any sources of stagnant water.
