Clean Community:

Let’s all contribute to keeping Santee Village a shining example of charm and grace! Please help maintain the cleanliness of our spas, hallways, and lobbies by tidying up after yourself whenever you use any common area.

  • If you drop something, pick it up.
  • If you make a mess, clean it up.
  • If you can’t clean it up, call the office for assistance.

Safety Reminder:

Auto theft and car break-ins are an unfortunate reality. With a few simple precautions, we can all help to reduce the risk and keep our community safe.

  • Keep Your Car Clear of Stored Items:  Leaving valuables in plain sight is an open invitation for thieves. Whether it’s a laptop, a handbag, or even loose change, make sure to remove all items from your car or store them out of sight in the trunk or glove compartment.
  • Lock Up and Stay Vigilant:   Always lock your car doors and close the windows, even if you’re just stepping away for a moment. Consider using a steering wheel lock for added security.
  • Report Suspicious Activity:   If you see any suspicious behavior or believe a crime is in progress, don’t hesitate to report it to LAPD and Security. Your vigilance can make a big difference in preventing auto theft and other crimes in our community.

By following these simple steps, we can all contribute to a safer, more secure Santee Village.

Looking For Something To Do This Weekend?:

Japanese kawaii culture has evolved into a global phenomenon, captivating people across borders and transcending cultural boundaries. The term “kawaii” translates to “cute” or “adorable,” yet its influence has come to extend far beyond aesthetics, encompassing fashion, art, technology, and even social behavior.  Hollywood’s Japan House has tapped artist Sebastian Masuda to dive into the roots of all things cute and colorful with this exhibition on Japanese kawaii culture, Yes, KAWAII is Art – EXPRESS YOURSELF. The free show includes multiple pieces and installations from Masuda.

Where: Japan House, 6801 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90028

When: Mon-Fri 11:00 am – 7:00 pm; Sat-Sun 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
