Clean Community:
Let’s all contribute to keeping Santee Village a shining example of charm and grace! Please help maintain the cleanliness of our spas, hallways, and lobbies by tidying up after yourself whenever you use any common area.
- If you drop something, pick it up.
- If you make a mess, clean it up.
- If you can’t clean it up, call the office for assistance.
Auto theft and car break-ins are an unfortunate reality. With a few simple precautions, we can all help to reduce the risk and keep our community safe.
- Keep Your Car Clear of Stored Items: Leaving valuables in plain sight is an open invitation for thieves. Whether it’s a laptop, a handbag, or even loose change, make sure to remove all items from your car or store them out of sight in the trunk or glove compartment.
- Lock Up and Stay Vigilant: Always lock your car doors and close the windows, even if you’re just stepping away for a moment. Consider using a steering wheel lock for added security.
- Report Suspicious Activity: If you see any suspicious behavior or believe a crime is in progress, don’t hesitate to report it to LAPD and Security. Your vigilance can make a big difference in preventing auto theft and other crimes in our community.
By following these simple steps, we can all contribute to a safer, more secure Santee Village.
