NO Smoking in Spa Area:
Smoking is not allowed in any enclosed Common Area or Association Property.
Please be considerate of your fellow residents and clean up after yourself and your guests when using the roof deck/spa. Dispose of all trash, including cigarette butts, in the appropriate receptacle or in your unit, prior to leaving the rooftop common and spa areas.
Balconies/Patios and Hallways:
Residents are reminded that there are specific rules regarding what can be placed on balconies/patios and in building hallways, lobbies or entranceways.
- These areas are not intended for storage and should not obstruct anyone’s views or ingress/egress.
- Owners shall not use any balcony/patio or hallway for storage purposes, including, without limitation, the storage of bicycles, boxes, tools, exercise or sports equipment, supplies, household items, surfboards, etc.
- Patios/balconies shall be maintained in a clean, neat, and sanitary condition at all times. Nothing shall be placed on them to render them unsightly or offensive to other owners.
- No dust, debris or water may be swept or hosed off of any patio/balcony into the common area or below units. Owners may not dust any rugs or towels over any patio/balcony.

A cast of actors will take you on a fact-filled, literature-laced, surreal & terrifying journey into territories where ‘concerned’ citizens are trying to extinguish the lamps of learning that are so essential for a democratic society. Free to attend.
