OCTOBER BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING:
The Board of Directors will be meeting Monday, October 28, 2024, at these times:
- Executive Session – 6:00 pm (by invitation only).
- General Session – 8:00 pm (all homeowners welcome to attend).
The meeting will be held virtually and in person in the Management Office.
We invite all homeowners to attend the monthly HOA meetings. It’s easy to do now that you can participate virtually with Zoom. At these meetings, you can find out exactly what the Board is discussing, voting on, and proposing. We have an open forum to discuss any issues or bring your suggestions to the table. We hope to see more homeowners keeping themselves informed and being an integral part of this community.
COMMUNITY YARDSALE:
Santee Village is planning to host its Community Yard Sale tentatively on 11/03/2024, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. We encourage everyone to participate and join in the fun. This is a great opportunity to declutter, find some bargains, and connect with your neighbors. Please reach out to management if you’re interested in taking part in the yard sale. We look forward to your participation!
SAFETY TIPS FOR HALLOWEEN:
- Be sure to choose a costume that won’t cause safety hazards; all costumes, wigs and accessories should be fire-resistant.
- Opt for non-toxic Halloween makeup over masks, which can obscure vision; always test makeup in a small area first to see if any irritation develops.
- If you’re driving, be alert for trick-or-treaters and other pedestrians.
- If you plan to drink, be responsible and schedule a ridesharing, ride-hailing or taxi service.
