PACKAGE DELIVERIES:
There has been a recent increase in package theft. Kindly note that all packages should be delivered directly to residential doors and not left in the lobby. Please ensure this is noted in the delivery instructions. If you are expecting a delivery, please be available to receive your packages upon arrival. Arrange to have the packages delivered to the office if you’re not home. If you need assistance, please contact management.
PARKING REMINDERS:
To load and unload only, residents may use the designated ten (10) minute parking spaces when available, but only for a maximum time of THIRTY (30) MINUTES. To take advantage of the 30-minute window, the vehicle parked in the space must have the emergency flashers on for the duration of the parking period. Should a vehicle be observed as parked without the emergency flashers on for more than ten minutes, the vehicle may be towed without warning. Any attempt to utilize this space as a long-term parking solution is a violation of the Association’s Rules and Regulations and may result in fining and/or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Reduce the risk of theft or other incidents, especially with the upcoming holiday season, by
- Lock Your Vehicle: Always lock your vehicle doors, and make sure all windows are fully closed.
- Avoid Hiding Spare Keys: Don’t leave spare keys inside your vehicle, as thieves know where to look.
- Keep Valuables Hidden: Keep valuable items and shopping bags out of sight or, ideally, take them with you. Items left in plain view can attract burglars.
- Use Anti-Theft Devices: Consider using steering wheel locks, car alarms, or GPS tracking devices to deter thieves.
NOVEMBER FUN FACTS:
- November is the 11th month of the year in the Gregorian calendar. Its length is 30 days. The name “November” comes from the Latin word “novem,” which means nine. November was the ninth month of the calendar of Romulus c. 750 BC. November retained its name when January and February were added to the Roman calendar.
- November has two birthstones: Topaz and Citrine.
- The flower of November is the chrysanthemum, symbolizing optimism and joy.
- The fourth Thursday of November is Thanksgiving Day.
