REMINDER: PACKAGES AND DELIVERIES:
With the rise of package deliveries during this holiday season, there will likely be increased attempts at package theft. While Management and Security are taking the necessary precautions to prevent package thefts, it will take everyone’s help to prevent theft. Please make sure to
- Track deliveries online and promptly retrieve your package once delivered.
- Include the instructions for delivering the package to your door and ensure someone is home to receive it. Packages should not be delivered and left in the lobby.
- Stop auto-deliveries if you are not going to be home.
- Consider switching delivery location to work where it can be received by someone and not left at your door.
- High-value items should be retrieved at the carrier’s physical location or an alternative address.
COMMUNITY SAFETY:
- Do not leave any common area doors propped open. This includes doors to the stairways and the underground garage. We do not want unwelcome guests to have easy access to our building.
- If you received a call from the callbox, please confirm you know the person who is calling. Do not buzz strangers into the building.
- If you notice any suspicious individuals in the building or parking garage, contact (call or text) Security IMMEDIATELY at 323-501-1119.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE ROOFTOPS:
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the rooftops. In recent years, the HOA has gone through a costly roof replacement, and smoking/ash damage on the HOA Rooftops will void the warranty. Residents found smoking in unauthorized areas will be subject to a hearing and may face fines.
