NO SHUTTLE SERVICE ON THURSDAY, 11/28/2024 AND OFFICE CLOSURE:

In observance of Thanksgiving, the Maple Garage Shuttle Van will NOT be operating on Thursday, 11/28/2024. Normal service will resume the following day, Friday, 11/29/2024.

The Management office will also be closed on Thursday, 11/28/2024^, and Friday, 11/29/2024. The office will reopen on Monday, 12/02/2024. For immediate assistance, please contact Security at 323-501-1119.

ANNUAL ELECTION:

Santee Village’s Annual Meeting will be held Monday, December 9, 2024, at 6:30 PM (polls open at 6:15 PM) in the Management Office & virtually. During this time, a new Board of Directors will be elected.

According to Santee Village’s Bylaws, a quorum of 51% (76 members) must be represented at this meeting. If we do not reach the quorum, it will result in additional expenses to the Association. Ballots can be submitted by USPS mail, by certified delivery such as UPS or Fed-Ex, or by hand delivery to The Ballot Box, 3315 E. Russell Rd, Suite A4 PMB 156, Las Vegas, NV 89120. Ballots will not be accepted at the Management office. The deadline for receipt of the mailed ballots is 12:00 pm (Noon) on December 5, 2024. Thank you for your continued support and commitment to Santee Village.

HOLIDAY FUND:

If you’d like to contribute to this year’s Holiday Fund, please write a check payable to “Santee Village” and note “Holiday Fund” in the memo line.  If you would like to give something to a staff member, please feel free to drop off an envelope, marked with the employee’s name, to the Management Office for distribution to that individual.  If no one is in the Management Office when you want to leave your gift, please contact Security at 323-501-1119 to have them place your envelope (or another gift item) in the Management Office. We appreciate any contributions and thank you for allowing us to serve you this year.
