OCTOBER BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING:
The Board of Directors will be meeting Monday, February 24, 2025, at these times:
- Executive Session – 6:30 pm (by invitation only).
- General Session – 7:30 pm (all homeowners welcome to attend).
The meeting will be held virtually and in person in the Management Office.
We invite all homeowners to attend the monthly HOA meetings. At these meetings, you can find out exactly what the Board is discussing, voting on, and proposing. We have an open forum to discuss any issues or bring your suggestions to the table. We hope to see more homeowners keeping themselves informed and being an integral part of this community.
PARKING REMINDERS:
Residents can tow vehicles that are parked in their assigned numbered parking spots.
- Vehicles should not be left idling without a person present.
- All vehicles must park within the white lines of their parking space. The vehicle must be parked to avoid interfering with others trying to get in or out of their vehicles.
NEW OWNERS AND TENANTS OF SANTEE VILLAGE:
We take pride in ownership within our community. If you are new to Santee Village, please review the HOA’s Rules & Regulations and CCR’s. If you’re a landlord, please provide a copy of the Rules & Regulations to your tenants. Unfortunately, new tenants are often not informed that Santee Village is an HOA-run property, nor are they provided with our rules, which results in unnecessary problems for everyone. Please help us avoid any issues by providing a copy of our Rules and Regulations to new tenants. As a new owner, we also encourage you to familiarize yourself with the association’s governing documents.
