SOCIAL COMMITTEE:

We are excited to announce that the Board has approved the formation of a Social Committee for our community! This committee will be responsible for planning and organizing events that help foster a sense of connection among residents. If you are interested in being a part of this committee and helping to create fun and engaging activities for Santee Village, we invite you to volunteer. Spring has arrived, and it’s the perfect time to refresh your space with some Spring Cleaning. Not only will you declutter your surroundings, but you’ll also clear your mind and invite positive energy into your life. Here’s a helpful checklist to guide you through the process:

  • Dust and clean ceiling fans, light fixtures, or vents.
  • Wipe down doors and door frames.
  • Clean light switches and outlets.
  • Wash or dust window blinds or curtains.
  • Vacuum or wipe down baseboards.
  • Clean or replace air filters.
  • Wash or wipe down wall art and decorative items.
  • Dust and clean electronic devices like TVs or speakers.
  • Launder or dry-clean curtains and fabric items.
  • Clean or vacuum rugs and carpets.
  • Declutter closets and storage spaces, donating or organizing clothes and other items.
  • Refresh your Bathroom & Plumbing: check for leaks, remove mineral buildup from showerheads and faucets.
