SOCIAL COMMITTEE:

We are excited to announce that the Board has approved the formation of a Social Committee for our community! This committee will be responsible for planning and organizing events that help foster a sense of connection among residents. If you are interested in being a part of this committee and helping to create fun and engaging activities for Santee Village, we invite you to volunteer. CIGARETTE BUTTS!

Please do not discard cigarette butts in the common areas. In addition to being a violation of the Association’s rules and a serious fire hazard, improperly disposed cigarette butts pose a danger to local wildlife—particularly birds, which may mistakenly use them when building their nests. This can lead to harmful exposure to toxins and potential harm to the animals. Take an ashtray or empty can outside with you when you seek a smoke. Before you discard the cigarette butt into the trash, be sure it is fully out. Thank you for keeping our community clean and safe!
