COMMUNITY YARDSALE:

Santee Village is planning to host its Community Yard Sale on 06/08/2025, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We encourage everyone to participate and join in the fun. This is a great opportunity to declutter, find some bargains, and connect with your neighbors. Please reach out to management if you’re interested in taking part in the yard sale. We look forward to your participation!

GARAGE PARKING REMINDERS:

• Residents can tow vehicles that are parked in their assigned numbered parking spots. Park your vehicle in your assigned space only. Do not park in someone else’s space or at the 10-minute parking space. Violations will result in your vehicle being towed at your cost.
• Vehicles should not be left idling without a person present.
• All vehicles must park within the white lines of their parking space. The vehicle must be parked to avoid interfering with others trying to get in or out of their vehicles.
• Speeds shouldn’t reach more than 5 mph in the structure.  Cars backing out, and other residents (and their pets) walking to and from their vehicles may be difficult to see. Please keep our community safe by observing the speed limit and be cautious and courteous to others.
• Please do not drive the wrong way in the garage, as it creates a safety hazard for all residents.

THINGS TO DO THIS WEEKEND:

Vinyl Fair at Jerry Moss Plaza: The Vinyl Fair returns to Jerry Moss Plaza, turning The Music Center into a crate-digger’s haven with 16 curated vendors, including KCRW and Dublab. Guests can browse records of all genres and prices, enjoy live DJ sets, a storytelling lounge, zine workshops, a sound bath, and a free mixtape swap.

The Art of Arcane: Exhibition: Gallery Nucleus, in collaboration with Netflix, Riot Games, and Fortiche Production, is excited to present a special celebration of the acclaimed animated series Arcane: League of Legends.
