SMOKING REMINDERS:

• Smoking/vaping is prohibited in all building common areas, including the lobby, elevators, hallways and stairways.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the rooftops. In recent years, the HOA has gone through a costly roof replacement, and smoking/ash damage on the HOA Rooftops will void the warranty. Residents found smoking in unauthorized areas will be subject to a hearing and may face fines.   
• Nothing is to be thrown or dropped from the roof. This includes cigarettes, matches, water, trash, and other miscellaneous items.

Celebrate AAPI Month at the USC Pacific Asia Museum: The museum is offering free admission every weekend in May for AAPI Heritage Month. Don’t miss the chance to see Cai Guo-Qiang: A Material Odyssey, showcasing the artist’s explosive drawings and paintings using gunpowder and pyrotechnics.
