NO SHUTTLE SERVICE ON MONDAY, 05/26:

In observance of Memorial Day, the Maple Garage Shuttle Van will NOT be operating on Monday, 05/26. Normal service will resume the following day, Tuesday, 05/27.

MAY BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING:

The Board of Directors will be meeting on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at these times:

• Executive Session – 6:30 pm (by invitation only).
• General Session – 7:30 pm (all homeowners welcome to attend).

The meeting will be held virtually and in person in the Management Office. We invite all homeowners to attend the monthly HOA meetings. At these meetings, you can find out exactly what the Board is discussing, voting on, and proposing. We have an open forum to discuss any issues or bring your suggestions to the table. We hope to see more homeowners keeping themselves informed and being an integral part of this community.

COMMUNITY YARDSALE:

Santee Village is planning to host its Community Yard Sale on 06/08/2025, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We encourage everyone to participate and join in the fun. This is a great opportunity to declutter, find some bargains, and connect with your neighbors. Please email santeesocialdtla@gmail.com if you’re interested in taking part in the yard sale. We look forward to your participation!

As the weather warms up, many residents enjoy opening their windows and doors. We kindly ask everyone to be mindful of Santee Village’s rules regarding noise and disruptive activities. Living in a close-knit community, a little courtesy can make a big difference.
