This is a great opportunity to declutter, find some bargains, and connect with your neighbors. We look forward to your participation!
PET ETIQUETTE:
- Follow leash laws: Always keep pets leashed in common areas.
- Clean up waste: Promptly pick up and properly dispose of pet waste to keep shared spaces clean.
- Respect noise rules: Minimize excessive barking or disruptive behavior, especially during quiet hours.
- Obey pet limits: Follow HOA rules on the number of pets allowed, which means no more than 2 pets per unit.
- Protect shared property: Keep pets from urinating or defecating in the common areas, including the hallways, elevators, garage, or in front of 748 and 746 buildings.
- Be considerate of neighbors: Not everyone is comfortable around animals—always be respectful of boundaries.
- Register pets if required: Stay up to date.
CELEBRATE PRIDE MONTH:
Pride Month, observed each June, serves as a reminder of the ongoing fight for LGBTQ+ rights, acceptance, and equality. It’s a time to celebrate diversity, individuality, and inclusion, while also standing in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community and acknowledging the challenges that still remain.
The 2025 theme for LA Pride —the longest-running Pride celebration in Southern California—is “Pride Marches On,” celebrating the LGBTQ+ community’s tenacity and resilience. The 55th Annual LA Pride Parade will air live on ABC7/KABC-TV Los Angeles Sunday, June 8, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. PDT.
After the parade, LA Pride Village kicks off around 11 a.m. on Hollywood Blvd, offering a free street festival with two stages, 80+ vendors, sponsor giveaways, food trucks, and full-service bars for guests 21+. More details here, https://lapride.org/2025-parade-grand-marshals-announced/
